Request to Notify Invoice Creator on Hold Release/Acknowledgement

Summary:

I have configured FinApHoldApproval to send notifications to the invoice requester, and it is working as expected.

The user would like to know whether notifications can also be sent after a hold is acknowledged or released. Currently, no one receives a notification for these actions.

Is there a way to configure the rule so that a notification is sent to the invoice creator or another designated user when the hold is acknowledged or released?
