Is it Possible to Enable a DFF on the HR Help Desk Agent Page?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to check if anyone has been able to enable or create a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) on the HR Help Desk page that HR Help Desk agents use.

We have a client requirement where they need to capture significantly more information than what is available out of the box in the HR Help Desk module. Specifically, we're looking to add a DFF to the page so that HR Help Desk agents can view and update these additional fields while working on requests.

Has anyone implemented something similar, or is there a supported way to extend this page with a DFF (or another extensibility option) that is editable by HR Help Desk agents?
