Capturing Additional Participant Signatures in Performance Documents

Hi Talent SMEs,

We have several performance templates that require signatures from multiple participants in addition to the employee and manager. These participants are also included in the performance process because they are responsible for completing evaluations. The additional participants are not approvers; they are evaluators (e.g., peers, administrators, etc.) who complete evaluation tasks and whose signatures must appear on the final document.

Is there a way to capture additional participant signatures directly within the performance document so that they can electronically sign the form? (similar to the screenshot below)

Our requirement is for all required signatures, including those from additional participants, to be available and displayed in the final version of the performance document at the end of the process.
