What is the approval date that the BEN_DOCUMENT_APPROVAL alert sends?

We are testing the BEN_DOCUMENT_APPROVAL alert client.

We found that the approval date field behaves randomly. In some cases, it uses the current approval date (e.g., 2026/08/06), and in other cases, it uses the Received Date (which could be a future date, e.g., 2026/11/18).

Could you please confirm how this field works?
