Unable to Edit HRT_DEPARTURE_REASON Lookup Type used in Talent Ratings in Oracle Talent Management

We are trying to manage the Impact of Loss Reason lookup values used in the Talent Ratings section of Talent Profiles.
My Team > Talent Ratings

During our investigation, we identified that the Reason LOV appears to be sourced from the lookup type HRT_DEPARTURE_REASON. When navigating to:

 

Setup and Maintenance
→ Manage Common Lookups
→ HRT_DEPARTURE_REASON
we can see that the lookup type is marked as Extensible, so we are unable to delete/disable the existing values.

 

What is the recommended approach for modifying the Impact of Loss Reason values displayed in Talent Ratings?Has anyone successfully customized the values available in the Impact of Loss Reason dropdown?
