Deploying Fusion Chat in External pages

Process in RightNow CX (B2C Service)

RightNow CX provides several options for deploying chat on external web pages:

  1. Syndicated Chat Widget – Enables Customer Portal chat pages to be embedded on external pages.
  2. Inlay Chat Widget – Allows chat to be embedded directly within external web pages.
  3. Web Chat for Service – Delivered through the Engagement Engine.
Process in Fusion Service

Fusion Service does not support Inlay Chat or Web Chat. Instead, it uses the Embedded Service Chat Client for both DCS and external web pages.
Engagement Engine has been deprecated and replaced by Oracle’s new Rules Engine framework.
