What is the correct sequence of migrating customer records from EBS to Oracle Fusion using FBDI?

Summary:

Customer records: around 350,000. Customer master from legacy system involves locations, parties, party sites, accounts, account sites, account site uses, customer profiles, contact points, account contacts, account relationships, receipt pay methods, classifications and person languages.

I need a strategic plan to migrate the customer master using FBDI, with the sequence of sheets to be used.
But I need a proper understanding of how this sequence should work properly for this large volume migration. Any help would be much appreciated!

I am planning to split the records into 10,000 records per batch. But I am aware that populating all the CSV sheets at one attempt with 10,000 records will not work successfully because account relationships and other parent dependent records may cause errors which has dependency on other objects yet to be created in the subsequent batches in Fusion.
