Automated Tasks to delete the requisitions in ORC

Summary:

We would like to understand the process for configuring an automation in Oracle Recruiting Cloud to identify requisitions that meet the following criteria:

• Requisition status is Cancelled or Suspended
• Requisition has been in that status for more than 6 months

The requirement is to automatically identify these requisitions and delete them from Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Additionally, once the process is completed, we would like an email notification containing a list of all deleted requisitions.

Could anyone please advise on the best approach to configure this automation, including any available tools, scheduled processes, or Oracle-recommended practices to achieve this requirement? Thank you in advance for your guidance.
