Guided Journey on Talent Profiles to be restricted only to employee visibility

Summary:

Hi All,

  1. I enabled section level guided journey on Talent profiles page, but we configured 2 different content sections using Certifications template and we need this guided journey only on one particular content section. It should not be template specific.
  2. We need this guided journey to be visible and accessible for an employee from Me > Career and performance > Skills and qualifications and Should not be accessible and visible by Manager and HR.

How can we achieve these 2 requirements?
