Ability to Update Allocated Journey Task

Summary:

We changed a Journey Task type from Application to External URL, but the change is not reflected in Journeys that are already assigned to employees after running the Update Assigned Journey Attributes Based on Modified Journey Template process. Is it Possible to make the updates via HDL?
