Over the years, a number of customers have desired the ability to conduct performance calibration using Talent Reviews. Here are some examples:

I've noted in the most recent roadmap document that "Performance Rating Calibration using Talent Review" is the top bullet under Talent Management. Can we get any indication for what this will be able to do and what the expected upgrade is for this?
