Unable to add adhoc items in Redwood Work Definitions page after 26B

Hello @Prasanth Senthivel-Oracle

We have trouble adding adhoc items to work definitions in Redwood UI after 26B. We have the requisite privilege: Override Item Structure Components in Work Definition as part of the role needed to add the items to work definitions.

When we click on the Add Adhoc Items on the page, it does not give me a new row to add in the details. It simply blinks in and out.

Please advise fixing this and let me know if it's a bug.
