Which PD is displayed in My Team Activity Center > Talent tab > Performance Document

We are reviewing the Redwood My Team Activity Center > Talent tab and would like to understand the logic used to populate the Performance Document field for an employee.

In our environment, the Talent tab displays a Performance Document link, but we are unable to determine the exact rule Oracle uses to select the document.

Specifically:
1. Is the displayed document always the Latest Performance Document?
2. Does the document need to be in a specific status (Completed, Shared, Closed, etc.) before it appears?
3. If an employee has multiple performance documents, which document is selected?
4. Has Oracle documented the selection logic for the Performance Document field in My Team Activity Center?
