Summary:

We have identified several user experience challenges with Talent Profiles in Redwood related to how information is displayed:

  1. Collapsed Sections by Default: Most sections within Talent Profiles load in a collapsed state rather than expanded, requiring users to manually expand each section to view the data.
  2. Missing Key Fields in Summary View: When expanding certain sections (e.g., Certifications), crucial fields such as State, Country, etc. are not visible in the summary view. Users are forced to click into the detail/edit view to see this information, which is not intuitive and adds unnecessary clicks.
  3. Individual Records Collapsed Within Sections: For sections where the majority of fields (approximately 90%) are Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs), each individual record within the section also loads in a collapsed format. This means users must expand each record one by one to view the information, significantly impacting the overall user experience.
