unable to add "Sourcing Project Collaborator'-Team members not able Add in redwood sourcing

Summary:

We are not able to Add coloration team member when creating RFQ in redwood souring module the person have the "Sourcing Project Collaborator" Role and Able to add from classic UI with out any issue but when Tried to add using redwood souring page it gives the error saying "The value of the attribute TeamMember isn't valid." Few users having the Same role able to add , Further more I able to identify the users are showing two times in Search LOV is not able to add , but users showing only one value in search LOV is able to add.
