Redwood - Unable to fetch new items in supplier Portal BPA. In Classic, we are able to do it.

Summary:

The supplier contact is unable to fetch or search for items in the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) within the Redwood Supplier Portal. Please refer to the screenshot below for your reference.

When we tried adding a new line item to the same agreement using the Classic UI, we were able to add the item successfully. Please refer to the screenshot below for your reference.
