Bank Account button is not visible under Payment Methods for employee. Any solution?

Summary:

I have created demo Bank for Ireland and have associated the Bank with Branch. While I am logging through Ireland employee (Navigation: Me → Pay → Payment Methods), there is no icon to add Bank Account. After clicking on Add this what I am getting. I am not able to add Bank details. I have attached images. If anyone has solution provide me.
