AI Assist – “Couldn't generate goal” Error for Valid Goal Names

in Performance Management

Summary:

Hi Oracle Team,

We are currently on Oracle Fusion HCM 26C and are experiencing an issue with AI Assist for Goal Creation in Redwood Goals Center.

When we enter a valid and business-related goal name and select AI Assist, the system displays the following error:

“Couldn't generate goal – Try again after changing the goal name.”

For example, we tested the following goal name:

“Quarterly Budget Status Reporting”

This is a valid and appropriate business goal name. However, AI Assist is unable to generate the goal and returns the above error. We have also tested other valid goal names, such as
