Redwood Negotiation - Price Precision Is Not Updated When Response Currency Is Changed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or edit a Negotiation in the Redwood UI.
2. Enable responses in another currency.
3. Select a Response Currency and confirm that Price Precision is initially defaulted correctly.
4. Change the Response Currency to another currency with a different Precision value in Manage Currencies.
5. Review the Price Precision value.

Actual result:
Price Precision is not refreshed when the Response Currency is changed and remains at the previous value.
