Has anyone been able to successfully use this agent effectively to create and update work orders? I am trying in DEMO environment and was able to create a work order successfully with Org , Asset and Priority inputs. However, this is the only thing that I got it to work successfully. Any additional details provided such as an operation details while creating, agent simply does nothing and provides a 'null' output. Any successful prompts so far that was able to achieve this?
I can see the GET work order details to work correctly though.
