Restrict visibility of plan based on eligibility in the Court order page

Summary:

Do we feasibility of restricting the Plan name in the court order page based on current eligibility of the employee.

Use case : we have 2 programs with same set of Plan, when admin selects the Plan , it is difficult for the admin to choose the correct plan based on eligibility.
