HR admins unable to view assigned candidates in Journey page

Hi ,

We are experiencing a similar issue where HR administrators are unable to view the latest candidate records under My Client Groups > Journeys.

As part of troubleshooting, we ran the ESS job "Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS" using the following parameters:

  • fa-hcm-workerjourney
  • fa-hcm-workerjourneytask

However, the issue still persists.

We observed that when we perform a Refresh Access Control, the latest onboarding candidates become visible in Journeys. Unfortunately, the problem reoccurs, and newly added candidates are not visible again until another refresh is performed.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, could you please share the root cause and the solution that worked for you?
