Move candidate directly to Rejected by Employer in next phase

Hi everyone,

We have a requirement to move a candidate directly from the current phase to the “Rejected by Employer” state of a subsequent phase.

Currently, when using the Move action, the “Rejected by Employer” state of the selected subsequent phase isn’t available in the State list of values. The user must first move the candidate to an active state of that phase and then perform a second action to move the candidate to “Rejected by Employer”.

The business would like to complete this process in a single action, selecting the subsequent phase and its “Rejected by Employer” state directly.
