Auto-populate a DFF based on the selected Job on the Create Job Requisition (Redwood) page

Summary:

We need a custom descriptive flexfield (DFF) on the Job Requisition to auto-populate based on the Job selected in the Create/Edit Job Requisition Redwood flow, and then remain read-only.

We have a custom "Workplace Environment" DFF (LOV: On-Site / Hybrid / NA) configured at the Job level (My Client Groups → Workforce Structures → Jobs).
The business wants this value to default automatically onto the Job Requisition based on the Job chosen when a requisition is created or edited, and to be read-only (non-editable) for the user.


Expected Behavior: On the Create/Edit Job Requisition page, after selecting a Job, the custom Workplace Environment DFF should populate from the Job's DFF value and display as read-only.
