Post enrollment edit formula giving error in wrong Plan without any configruation

Summary:

We have requirement to create dependency between two plans where option selected in plan P70 depends upon option you already choose in P60.

So we have attached the post enrollment edit formula in the required options in enrollment pages of P70 only. System should give error only when employee select any options in P70 which is not matching but it also gives error when P60 plans while enrollment. We didn't do any post enrollment edit config in p60 plan.
