Learners added to a course after attending remain in "Pending Seat Acceptance"

Hi Expert,

The customer's process is:

1. A learner attends a training session without making a booking beforehand.
2. If there is an available seat, the learner is allowed to attend.
3. After the training, the Learning Administrator manually adds the learner to the course/event in Oracle Learning.
4. When the learner is added, the enrollment status becomes "Pending Seat Acceptance" instead of "Completed".

Customer's Concern

The Learning Administrator cannot change the status from "Pending Seat Acceptance" to "Completed".

As a result:

• The learner has already completed the training in reality.
• However, Oracle Learning still shows the status as Pending Seat Acceptance
