Career Site – Cookie Consent Banner: Button Layout Customization

Hi Team,
I am working on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation for a multi-country rollout, and we have two open questions related to the external career site cookie consent banner. This is the first time we are addressing these topics formally, so any guidance from the community or Oracle Product team would be very welcome.

Issue 1 – Equal visual weight for all three consent buttons

The out-of-the-box cookie banner presents three options: Accept, Decline, and Manage Preferences. However, the third option (Manage Preferences) is visually subordinated to the first two — it appears with a different styling that gives it less visual prominence.
