An error pops out "Error response during RestAction" in the Skills and Qualifications Redwood page

Summary:

Hi, has anyone encountered this issue when trying to open the Skills and Qualifications Redwood page under the Me tab for an Employee?

The following errors keep appearing:

  • “Error response during RestAction”
  • “An unexpected error occurred.”

I have already run the required ESS jobs/processes and enable the Administrator Profile Values, but the issue still persists. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it?
