HCM Professional Act Center - add Earnings and Deductions quick action

Summary:

The business is asking that Earnings and Deductions (Redwood version of Element Entries) be added as an action to the HCM Professional Activity Center. Is there a way to control what options there are? It's already enabled. I went in and added it as a quick action as well thinking that maybe it would push it into the list within the Act Center, but that didn't work. Any ideas on if this is possible?
