Benefits Vaction Sell- Issues with Plan Processing

Summary:

We are setting up a PTO Sell option during this year’s Open Enrollment cycle and have run into a few key configuration Issues regarding Absences and Benefits integration:

Balance Visibility: When configuring the Scheduled Event, the PTO plan does not display an available balance unless we process/calculate accruals through 01/01/2027. Is there a configuration to allow the effective balance to display during enrollment without pre-calculating future accruals? we want absence as of 10/31/2026. OE dates -11/02-11/16

Election Validation: Unable to enforce a validation rule in the enrollment flow to prevent employees from selling more hours than their currently available PTO balance? Should we use FF or is there a confiuration to do it?
