Is there a way to run a report to show who has billed enrollments for FSA?

Summary:

I would like to run a report every billing cycle to show who is enrolled in FSA for billing, so that I can easily check to unenroll.

Currently I have to go person by person to see who is enrolled in FSA for billing and uncheck them. I have no way to see who is enrolled and who is not. Is there a way to report from the billed enrollments under the billing module. path is Benefits Administration>enrollment>benefits summary>billing>billed enrollments
