When there is auto enrollment enabled, life event does not give enrollment opportunity

Summary:

When both the plans in program are auto enrolled then life event will be processed and closed, it will not give opportunity to designate dependent and beneficiary. How to resolve this issue?

Dependent designation has been made automatic but to designate beneficiary, enrollment window won't be available as life event processed and closes as soon as it gets evaluated.
