Unable to search Asset based on DFF value in Redwood page

Summary:

We have configured DFF for Asset with Context segment and public as well. We unable to search Asset based on Additional Information option in Asset Information Management. There is no value displayed.

In Manage search Index we have enabled Flex Context and published the search index. Then we ran 'ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' with the Index Name to Reingest set to: fa-alm-asset.

But the same is working in another environment.
