Don’t let the worker see the PD before it’s shared” for an existing Performance Template

We are currently working on the 26C performance management features and have a requirement related to Performance Improvement Plans.
in 26C, following option is available in the Performance Process Flow:
“Don’t let the worker see the performance document before it’s shared”
Our requirement is that when a manager creates/updates a PIP performance document, the employee should not be able to view the performance document until the manager shares it with the employee.
We checked our existing Performance Process Flow and found the new option under:
Approval, Review and Meetings → Include manager document sharing task → Don’t let the worker see the performance document before it’s shared
