Under My Client Groups Person Search is it possible to add new "Sort by" options?

Summary: I am looking to be able to sort by columns other than "Name". In the "Search Views" I am able to remove "Name, A to Z" or "Name, Z to A" but am not able to add any options. I would like to be able to sort by any column I make available on the page (i.e. Termination Date, etc.)
