Hi All,
I have a use case to rename the rate definitions attached to a Salary Basis with 25k+ active records. I understand we can make changes with effective date to rate.
Though want to understand possible implications it may have downstream/ORC/Salary Screens too.
- If i make rate name change with eff date of let say 1st Jan 2027, will it require me to create new salary record with the same date for UI to reflect the changed name?
I guess if not, then probably migrating to new SB will be better choice.
