Enable the "Phase" field to default automatically to the candidate's current phase when a recruiter

Summary:

Dear Expert,

Candidate John is currently in the phase "New" with the status "To Be Reviewed." When the recruiter wants to move the application to the status "Revewed," the "Phase" field should automatically display the current phase ("New"). The recruiter would then only need to select the new status ("Reviewedd") without having to reselect the phase.

I couldn't find anything through personalization.
