Previous Year Compensation Change Statements No Longer Available

in Compensation

We are investigating a case where Compensation Change Statements from previous years are no longer visible to administrators

Hello,

We would like to understand the expected Oracle behavior regarding the retention and visibility of historical Compensation Change Statements.

For our Workforce Compensation plan, the configuration is:

Enable Worker Statement: Yes

Statement Delivery: Printed and delivered by managers

When accessing the "View Total Compensation Statement" quick action, no statements are displayed and only the message "After statements are created, you can view them here" is shown.

Our questions are:

With Statement Delivery = Printed and delivered by managers, should employees still be able to access historical Compensation Change Statements online after the compensation cycle is completed?
