Ranking on candidates not working when click proceeding to next candidate

Summary:

Ranking candidates using this navigation is not working:
My Client Groups > Hiring > Requisition > Click Req
Click Active applications
Click a candidate > Three dots > Rank Application > put rank > save
Click the arrow on the upper right to proceed to next application
Click 3 dots > Rank Application > the rank button is greyed out

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): 26C
