Redwood: Hide Fields in Additional Info section under Invitations to Agency Users

When an agency user opens a job requisition from the Invitations tab, the Redwood requisition details page displays extensive internal requisition information under the Additional info section that isn't relevant to agencies, for example Backfill for Person, RBS Billing code, Labour Distribution Code, Funding Source, Budget Status, Budget Reference ID, Year Budgeted, Target Salary, Expected Salary Range, Employee Referral Bonus, Immigration/Relocation details, Union and MoveUP Job Level.

We checked whether the page is controlled through VB Studio but could not identify any configuration for it.

Steps to replicate:

Invite an agency to a job requisition so the agency user receives the invitation.
