Redwood create/edit offer page : Functionality discrepancy for details in contract info page

Summary: In RUI, while trying to create/edit any offer, the contract info section appeared blank (unless some data was input manually). However, in Redwood page, we see a different behavior, where the contract start date is auto populated which causes a change in experience between RUI and redwood UI.

Also, we do not see an option in VB to wipe this defaulting behavior. Any assistance around this will be highly appreciated
