Age changed life event is not detecting for few employees

Summary:

We have Age changed life event set up at program level. As per the requirement the life event is detecting when employees turns 65 or 70.

The same has been tested by running Evaluate temporal life event participation with parameters ( Program, life event name, person selection FF( to pick only US employees) However, while we are doing some additional testing, we noticed only for two employees ( Ex : Emp 1 and Emp 2 ) the event is not getting detected even when they turn 70.

To test further , I kept same date of birth to other ( Emp 3 and Emp 4) different employees same as the employee id who has the issue. Here the event is getting detected as expected for ( Emp 3 and Emp 4). Could anyone please advise what could be the reason.
