Redwood Quickpay - Override Element Entry for Hourly Employee Not Calculating like RUI QP
Summary:
Using the Redwood Quickpay screen, when entering an override element entry, the Quick Pay (QP) is processing both elements. Example: Accident Insurance for an Hourly Employee override to $5 with end date 9/17/2026. The QP is calculating deduction for the override amount and normal deduction amount.
If we enter $1 for the Accident Insurance override and the normal Accident Insurance amount is $5, the quickpay processes both the $5 and $1 element entries.
The override element entry seems to work for salaried employees.
Has anyone else experienced this with the Redwood Quickpay screen? Were you able to resolve this? Thanks in advance for any tips/tricks you can share.
