Pre-Employment Pending Status Not Displayed in Redwood Agency Hiring Job Applications

After an offer is sent to a candidate in the Agency Hiring flow, we expected the application status to transition to Pre-Employment Pending. However, in Redwood, the application continues to display the status as Under Consideration instead of Pre-Employment Pending.

Could you please clarify whether this is the expected behavior in Redwood?
