Can Talent Notifications (Perf Document) be configured to send Email in addition to Bell alerts?

We have enabled the Talent Notifications "Standard Alert Due Date has been reached for a task" and "Critical Alert Due Date has been reached for a task" and configured alert days in the Performance Template.

Notifications are successfully generated and displayed in the Bell/Worklist area. However, the business would also like these reminders delivered via email for Compliance/SOX purposes.

Is email delivery supported for these Talent Notifications (similar to Alert Composer notifications)?

I searched Alert Composer for equivalent alerts but was unable to locate these Performance Management reminder notifications.

Has anyone successfully configured these alerts to generate email notifications in addition to Bell notifications?
