Redwood list page using custom field template is not working for Sales Stage field

Hi everyone,

I am trying to assign template for the sales stage field for the "Configure redwood list page fields using custom field template" for displaying styling for the sales stage field but somehow it is not working for it. We already enabled it for account list view and it is working fine.

What could be the reason anyone has any idea please let me know. As sales stage is standard field and has configurations like it is combined of
SalesStageId & SalesStage fields.
