Dates on Check-ins don't honour the configured format

Summary:

We have identified an inconsistency in date formatting on the Redwood Check-In page.

There are multiple options to navigate to this page, the path below is one of them.

My Team > Team Activity Center > Select "Add Check-in Document" from the three dot menu (...) against a workers name.

The date field formatting reflects US format (MM/DD/YYYY), not the format set via Regional Preferences Date Format which is:
d-MMM-yyyy

Can Oracle please look into resolving this problem?
