How to set creator of the Performance Document as an approver?
We have a requirement that to set the creator of the performance document as an approver. So if the HR_1 created the document to an employee then HR_1 should also be the Approver.
Please find the Document process flow below once document is created to the employee,
- Leader Performance Improvement Plan [Performed by the Employee's Manager]
- HR Review & Approve [This is the stage where we need to set creator of the document as the approver]
- 1:1 Meeting with Employee
- Share performance Document with Employee
- Employee Acknowledgement
But if I have gone through the configurable routing options available in Approval Rules, wasn't able to find any such option to set creator of the document as an approver. So, can anyone please let me know if there is a way to set creator of the document as the approver?
