Expense report created in the oracle expense mobile application is not visible in web application

Summary:

I can log in to the mobile application. I have also tried logging out and logging back in, but the web and mobile applications are still not synchronized.
Screenshots will not really show the issue. If I create or update an expense report in the web application, I do not see the same information in the mobile application, and vice versa.
This synchronization problem is impacting my daily work. It was working before summer holidays) and my teams as well is not able to use it.
