Update end date on intercompany balancing rule in bulk

Summary:
We have a requirement to end date all existing Intercompany Balancing Rules, as they are currently configured using a single receivable and payable account across all transaction sources. The business has now proposed maintaining separate receivable and payable accounts for each source, which requires replacing the existing setup.Since there are approximately 7,000 rules configured in the system, manually updating each rule is not feasible. Could you please advise whether Oracle provides any bulk update option, spreadsheet upload functionality, import process, or any other supported mechanism to end date these rules in mass?

I tried updating through import export process but system is considering that as new rule and not update. Because of this system is giving error that "The rule combination already exists. You must either enter a unique combination or apply an end date to the current rule and create a new one."
